В связи с многочисленными обращениями заявителей в отношении просьб, изложенных в письме Федеральной службы по аккредитации от 6 декабря 2016 г. № 40240/03-АВ (копия прилагается), считаем необходимым отметить следующее.
1. Полномочия Росаккредитации конечным перечнем установлены в Положении о Федеральной службе по аккредитации, утвержденном постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 17 октября 2011 г. № 845 (далее – Положение). В соответствии с пунктами 5.1.7 и 5.1.11 Положения Росаккредитация осуществляет федеральный государственный контроль за деятельностью аккредитованных лиц и контроль за соблюдением испытательными лабораториями (центрами) принципов надлежащей лабораторной практики, соответствующих принципам надлежащей лабораторной практики Организации экономического сотрудничества и развития.
