This is to advise you that payment of the eighth year U.S. maintenance fee is soon due on the above-identified U.S. Patent. If payment is made by June 11, 2015, the fee, including our fees for professional services, will be $1,915.00* (for a small entity – employs less than 500). A government surcharge of an additional $80.00 will be imposed if payment is made after June 11, 2015 but before December 11, 2015. Failure to pay this fee by December 11, 2015 will result in abandonment of the patent. Timely payment will extend the term of the patent to December 11, 2019.
