1.5.10 Time for final acceptance of 0.4kV switchgears initial data.
The Parties have come to an agreement that the Supplier has to submit the initial data not later of time specified in appendix 5. The Supplier has informed that shall be used the information on equipment that had been submitted as per procedure ICM-E and according to the forms approved in letter JDPP-KM-01577-JCAL.
