We just need the Type of Material used in the product and the weight. The information will be used to ensure that the products are environmentally compliant for REACH and RoHS regulations.

If the type of material cannot be disclosed, you can just provide us a Certificate of Compliance for REACH/RoHS regulations.

Recently, the EU Court of Justice issued a decision on REACH Articles 7.2b & 33 obligations. The Court held manufacturers and importers of products are obligated to calculate Articles 7.2b & 33 obligations at the component and not finished product level.
