wir wollten uns informieren, wie das mit der Rückerstattung weiter geht? Wir haben vor ca. zwei Wochen das Päckchen wie von ihnen beauftragt an sie zurück gesendet.
Leider konnte bis dato noch keine Rückerstattung auf unserem Konto festgestellt werden.

Ich dürfte sie bitten dies nochmals zu prüfen und den Eingang dieser Mail zu bestätigen - vielen Dank.
