Sorry.. one more thing. When i swip

Sorry.. one more thing.
When i swipe down with 2 finger from top of screen (notification) it colapse all of the option. But when i want to close it (swipe up) i need to swipe twice to close all the option.
So.. can you please make it when i swipe with 2 finger, it close all the option. Thank you.
