Not that I'm too worried about it personally -but if we are risking being docked a large amount for a negative review it needs to be substantiated and disciplinary. Are we gonna start wearing name tags?? I've had a couple instances with ppl being pissed at me for not helping them when they didn't even need me and weren't my order. And idk how customers keep confusing me as "the Friday bartender" & "how are my kids" "is my truck still in the shop" etc It's all really funny until a paycheck is short
