企业的竞争能力是企业生存的重要保障，而企业核心竞争力的存在是确保企业获得持续竞争能力的重要支撑。论文以宁夏煤炭勘察工程公司为例，首先分析了核心竞争力的特性及其构成，然后研究了该公司的竞争环境、企业面临的问题与成因，最后提出了提升该公司核心竞争力的若干对策。研究表明：地质勘查单位核心竞争力的主要构成元素包括企业文化力、技术能力以及
知识管理能力。公司存在创新力不强、产业结构单一、勘探市场萎缩、企业文化建设不强等问题。对公司的核心竞争力的提升,要做到加强人才队伍建设、加大科技投入、不断提升管理水平、完善薪酬管理体系、实施“走出去”战略及塑造有地勘特色的和谐企业文化。只有提高自己的核心竞争力,才能在激烈的市竞争中保持优势,同时为企业创造良好的经济效益。论文成果对于地质勘查行业核心竞争力的提升具备参考和借鉴意义。
