Article 24 (Driver’s Seat)
(1) The driver’s seat of a motor vehicle shall be constructed so that the driver may have a full view
necessary for driving and can control the motor vehicle without being obstructed by passengers or loaded goods.

(2) The driver’s seat of a motor vehicle shall be provided with a space which enables proper operation
by a driver of the control devices specified in Article 13 Clause 1, and the center of the driver’s seat and that of the steering wheel shall not deviate enough to cause inconvenient handing of the steering wheel, and the longitudinal and transverse dimension of the seat shall be 40cm or more.

(3) Safety bar or compartment shall be provided behind the driver’s seat for each bus (except for those with a designated seating capacity of 15 persons or less which can't have standing room) which separates the driver’s seat from passenger seats.
