Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe Ihr Starter Notstart Power Bank Gerät erhalten und am Stromnetz angeschlossen.
Nach ca. einer Stunde Ladezeit gab es einen lauten Knall und das Netzgerät ja einen Kurzschluss verursacht. Das Gerät ist Defekt! Ferner habe ich mich beim Herausziehen des Steckers massiv an der Hand verbrannt. Ich möchte Sie höflichst bitten diesbezüglich Stellung zu beziehen.
Ist das Gerät (incl. Ladegerät) überhaupt funktionsfähig oder unbrauchbar? Ein Austausch würde nur Sinn machen, wenn das Gerät sicher ist.! Wie stellen Sie sich eine Entschädigung bezüglich meiner Verbrennung vor? Ich würde ungern rechtlichen Beistand bemühen.
