• Language and cognition may or may not be affected.• Lesions affecting the frontal lobe– Affecting Cognitive abilities– Attention, organization, problem solving, inhibition, and judgement• Lesions affecting both the primary motor and temporal lobes– Affecting speech and language development• Dysarthria (發音困難)- a disorder of speech productionsecondary to decreased muscle coordination, paralysis, or weakness.• In addition to speech production, children with CP may have changes in the quality of their voice resulting from decreased strength or control of respiratory and postural muscles.• Decreased expressive and receptive language skills
