Rev. 47 has been uploaded to ASE and Amkor in the /Shelby directory.

We will screen to 64ms for pass/fail at 105C to guard band for refresh shifting through surface mount (refresh shifting). Our estimate is 0.5% yield loss on average, although it will vary lot-to-lot.

Please retest the Maverick parts to rev. 47 at hot (no cold-retest is needed). You will need to enable Certicom temp enable.
