Regarding the phone call to Cooper with Kevin

As I said in email and on the phone to you my main issues

are you have done all the talking for Cooper which in a normal

situation's is not a problem



The problem is when I explained to Cooper the issue

with all the different dates and the Factory is not sure

of the out come or if it going to be finalized and needed a finance

commitment



He did not agree to anything other then he has given a date and it will be honoured and when I brought all the other dates he said it was you which gave the old dates and he understood how the factory felt about it and he

would think of something to help the situation so far no suggestions ??



Which means do I take the contract as being OK am I going to have to rework the contract

so I would like a email from Cooper confirming the current contract is the contract we are working

with also a firm order for the first 3 months plus a guide of the next quarter



The other problem is when I was trying to explain the issue the factory has with trust

his main problem was I going to pay for the CIQ --???
