本设计是佛山市紫荆豪庭小区污水处理工程的初步设计，规模为350m3/d。处理原水水质为：BOD 230mg/L、COD 320mg/L、SS 200mg/L、NH3-N 30mg/L、TP 3.5mg/L由于进水污水中氮含量较高，因此在去除BOD和SS的同时，还要对污水进行脱氮处理。经小区实际情况及设计资料，确定本设计采用接触氧化法工艺，对该厂主要构筑物进行计算、设备选型，并绘制相关图纸。最后对工程进行造价估算，得该工程造价成本约为120.18万元。该工艺流程简单，并且有处理效果稳定、出水水质较好、管理方便等特点，处理后的出水水质达到到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB 18918－2002）二级标准后排入水体。
