(a) The services to be provided by

(a) The services to be provided by the Company are those generally identified under the local customs law as well as those services listed in Exhibit A to this SOW (“General Services”). (b) The parties have implemented a mutually agreed-upon Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) for customs brokerage (see Exhibit B to this SOW). Such procedures address service and support, freight handling, routing, special instructions, and other matters as mutually desired. The parties may modify the SOP from time to time pursuant to a procedure set forth therein, without the need to modify this SOW. Until such time as Abbott replaces, changes or adds to the SOP or agrees to a change proposed by the Company, the Company shall comply with the requirements referenced in the last version of the latest SOP provided or specified by Abbott.
