Hace 70 años, en 1943, el Sr. Enrique Pascual puso la primera piedra de lo que en el futuro se convertiría en Exclusivas de Pascual y Furió SA. Comenzó como agente comercial de los principales laboratorios farmacéuticos en la zona de Levante y Murcia, que le permitió abrir oficinas en Valencia, Castellón, Alicante y Murcia.

En 2002, Pascual y Furió compró, VICA MEDICA S.L, una empresa española especializada en equipos hospitalarios avanzados con importantes representaciones internacionales exclusivas, que permitió la completa apertura al mercado español de Pascual y Furió. En 2004 Pascual y Furió, adquirió INVIMED Inc, una compañía americana que le permitió entrar en el mercado de América Latina, llegando a equipar hospitales enteros.

Hoy en día, Pascual y Furió tiene sus almacenes y oficinas en Valencia, Barcelona y Zaragoza, y oficinas de representación en Madrid, Sevilla, Oviedo, Bilbao, Las Palmas, A Coruña y Burgos.
