Q: Is my warranty still valid?
A: For products purchased on or before 25 September 2016, the warranty is still valid.
A: For the service contract signed on or before 25 September 2016, the terms and service remain unchanged.
Q: Is Sharp closing down?
A: No, it’s only a change of the shareholding company. We are still providing Sharp products and service to HK & Macau market.
