I am a new customer of DRUGSTORE. This is my first shopping experience on Drugstore which is quite satisfying.
But I have doubt with my order: #********. I came to your website through new customer promotion from ebates.com. That's New Customers- $5 off $30+ or $10 off $50+ non-prescription order .However, I wonder why I haven't got $10 discount off my order whose subtotal is $56.12. I urgently needed to buy these items,so I was under the orders, although I can not get this offer.
I feel a little bit unfair to me as i am really a new customer of yours... Could you please kindly check it again for me ? I do hope that I can get this $10 back.
