摘要
随着城市建设的不断发展，高层建筑不断增多。电梯作为高层建筑中垂直运行的交通工具已与人们的日常生活密不可分。传统的电梯控制系统采用的是继电器逻辑控制电路，这种控制易出故障，维护不便，运行寿命短，占地空间大，正逐步被淘汰。
为了提高自动控制系统的可靠性和设备的工作效率，设计了一套以PLC和变频器为核心控制器的电梯自动控制系统，用来取代以往的较复杂的继电器—接触器控制。系统的核心部分（控制部分）使用了日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-80MR型PLC，因为在核心控制部分采用的是软件程序控制，从而在保证电梯正常运行这个要求的情况下，大大的提高了电梯故障检查与维修的方便性和容易性，同时还克服了手动操作所带来的一些人为干扰因素，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。以变频器来控制电梯在升降启停过程中的速度，大大满足了人们的舒适感。关于PLC 控制系统的基本结构及电梯控制系统的安装与调试重点介绍如下。
