intermittent cough for 10 days, s/p other clinic Tx, still cough with thick yellowish sputum, cough severe when lye down and midnight cough, nasal stuffiness with mouth breathe whole day and thick nasal discharge but difficult blowout, sniff and PND and green yelloish sputum throat clearing out, sleep disturbance due to NO and midnight cough, PE: PND (+), yellowish thick nasal discharge was suctioned out A: acute sinusitis P: 1. ENT local Tx 2. symptomatic Tx first and if still s/s, Augmentin will given next time
