Dear all colleagues:

We are pleased to announce that Mr. James Li will be appointed as the Head of Strategic Market Access in Public Affairs &Market Access (PAMA), effective from Nov1st, 2015. In the new role, James will be based in Beijing and lead the team of Strategic Market Access. James will directly report to Ms. Joy Lin, Head of PAMA.
James joined Bayer in September 2012 as a Strategy Development Manager. During his tenure with Bayer, James has taken expanded responsibilities in the Strategy Development and Market Intelligence functions, and collaborated closely with Sales and Marketing teams during projects. Prior to joining Bayer, James was a Strategy Manager at Accenture Strategy Consulting. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree from Sichuan University.
We would like to thank James for his contribution in the past years in the Strategy and Sales Excellence function. We would also thank Dr. Cherrie Che, Head of Strategy and Sales Excellence to actively support this transfer and enhance talent cross functional move.
