The left-hand side of the model rep

The left-hand side of the model represents the governance structure of the forward flow before the development of the RL system and any changes in the application of the identified factors. The right-hand side shows the potential structure that may develop as the RL system is implemented. For simplicity the conceptual model shown is restricted to changes in governance between the insurer and salvage agents in order to highlight the transformations that result.
