Sorry for the inconvenience. We can not reproduce this issue, but we very concern about it, could you kindly provide the crash log to us for analyze the problem?
Bug report needs to be taken soon when crash occurs.
1. Enter settings → About → Software information, then click the Build number for 7 times
2. Back to Settings page and enter in "Developer options"
3. Check "USB debugging"
4. reproduce the issue
5. capture the screenshot
6. Click the first "Take bug report"→ Report, and wait for 3 minutes
7. After 3 minutes, drop down the menu then click the "Bug report captured"→"OK"
8. Then send it to us to zenui@asus.com and note:Gallerylog
