2.1.3 subject to clauses 2.3 and 2.4, is not disclosed to anyone other than:
(a) its Related Persons to the extent required for the purposes of the Project; and
(b) persons whom the Disclosing Party has agreed in writing may receive it; and
2.1.4 is only disclosed to persons that are aware of the Receiving Party’s obligations under this letter and that each such person complies with such obligations as though they were a party to this letter. Each Party shall remain liable for all acts and omissions of its respective Related Persons in relation to Confidential Information received under this letter.
