The findings regarding performance objectives (the third S dimension), seem to situate the organisation within the compliance seeking stage, largely dictated by the changing norms and rules:‘‘They’ve just changed the sandwich boxes to sandwich bags as far as I am aware they are bio degradable but I don’t know how. . .
