Usually, little attention is paid to estimating parametric values of an LP model because they are assumed to be given. In reality, however, determining appropriate values is not always easy, or even possible. Further, no matter how sophisticated and reliable the LP model may be, it will provide a manager with false solutions unless the parametric values are reliable. In particular, the LP models developed in this paper include non-conventional parameters. It is therefore essential to discuss the ways of estimating the parametric values of LP models (I) and (7) above.
