12.2 If the Parties have agreed on Fixed term in the Frame Agreement, the Agreement shall automatically expire after the expiration of the Fixed Term. Otherwise, either Party may terminate the Agreement without cause by giving the other Party a written prior notice no later than three (3) months prior to termination. However, if the Parties have agreed on Initial term, the Agreement may not be terminated prior to the expiration of the Initial Term.
