The downloaded magazine styles and stickers don't appear if we are not connected to the network. We need them offline, else whats the meaning of download.
I already reported this same bug about the magazines but it didn't resolve rather the stickers also today face same problem.. highly inconvenient.. If app is good try to maintain it good else users get chances to complain and reject to use your app.
