Hi New update is Too bad, and awful

New update is Too bad, and awfull interface. When income new massage in my notification bar, when i go down the notification bar and click on the notification, it doesnt open, and notification bar go up, very bored, and my other problem is that sometimes when i double click on desktop, it be off but it doesnt lock, too bad. Please improve interface and solve the problems, embarrassed me. Thanks
