The failure of any party to insist

The failure of any party to insist upon strict adherence to any provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not be considered as a waiver of any right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

任何一方在严格遵守坚持在任何场合本协议的任何条款的失败不应被视为任何权利之后坚持要求严格遵守这一规定，或任何其他本协定规定的放弃。

任何一方坚持在任何场合严格遵守本协议的任何规定，不应视为放弃任何权利，此后坚持严格遵守该规定或本协议的任何其他规定。
