53.2 If an IPR Claim is made against the Customer, the Customer shall:
53.2.1 notify the Service Provider in writing of any IPR Claim;
53.2.2 allow the Service Provider to conduct all negotiations and proceedings and give the Service Provider reasonable assistance, each at the Service Provider's cost, regarding the IPR Claim; and
53.2.3 make no adverse admission relating to the IPR Claim without first notifying the Service Provider of its intention to do so.
